Support

Found a problem, or have an idea that would make VectorX better at the bench? Email [email protected] — replies come from the person who builds the app.

Most questions — what it costs, where your data lives, what we can and can’t see, which chronographs it reads — are answered on the FAQ. The tutorial videos walk the whole workflow in order, from an empty app to range results.

I can’t remember which email I signed in with

VectorX stores nothing about you except that email, so we can’t look you up by name — but your inbox can. Search your email accounts for “VectorX” (every sign-in code arrives from vxreloading.com), and Pro purchasers will also find a Stripe receipt in the same inbox. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we’ll work through it together. Your on-device data is unaffected either way — the app never locks you out of your own records.

My chronograph file wasn’t recognised

VectorX identifies the file from its own contents, so a file it can’t place is usually either a format it hasn’t met yet or an export that came out differently to the ones it was built against. Garmin .fit files are a known gap — export a CSV from ShotView instead (Sessions → Export).

Otherwise, send the file to [email protected]. A real export from a real device is exactly what’s needed to add support for it, and it’s the fastest way to get your chronograph working for everyone else who owns one.

Something looks wrong in my records

Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what you saw instead — that is genuinely enough to work with. If the numbers matter, don’t change them while you wait: a screenshot of the wrong figure is more useful than a corrected one.
